By providing your mobile phone number to Aloha Dental, you consent to receive periodic SMS or MMS messages from us. These messages may include appointment reminders, updates, promotional offers, and information related to our dental services.

You confirm that the mobile number you provide to Aloha Dental is accurate and current. By providing your number, you represent that you are the authorized subscriber or owner of the number. If your contact information changes, you agree to promptly notify us via email at eyeloha@gmail.com or by calling (858) 272-6843.

By voluntarily providing your telephone number(s), you explicitly consent to receive automated and non-automated text messages from Aloha Dental. These communications include updates on your dental care, promotional offers, and other information relevant to your relationship with our practice. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of receiving services. Standard messaging and data rates may apply.

To stop receiving SMS/MMS messages, you can reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message from us. You may also email eyeloha@gmail.com to request to opt out of text messaging services. You agree to receive a final confirmation message confirming your opt-out.

In connection with our SMS/MMS service, Aloha Dental may collect your mobile phone number, carrier information, and the date, time, and content of your messages. This data will be used to deliver requested services and communications.

Aloha Dental reserves the right to modify or discontinue SMS/MMS services at any time, with or without notice. By subscribing or using the service, you acknowledge this right.

You agree to indemnify Aloha Dental against any claims, including privacy violations or regulatory compliance issues, arising from:

• Providing a telephone number you do not own or are not authorized to use.
• Failure to notify Aloha Dental of changes to your contact information.
• Any claims related to violations of the Federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act or equivalent state laws.

You agree to hold Aloha Dental harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, resulting from the above.

By participating in our SMS/MMS service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You own a compatible device capable of receiving text messages.
• You are a customer of a participating wireless carrier.

Message compatibility and availability may vary by carrier and device.

You warrant that you have the necessary authority to agree to these terms and that doing so does not conflict with any other agreement to which you are bound. If any part of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in full force.
